The House is open to the public on specified days of the week during the open season as follows:

The gardens are open daily from 7.00am to dusk (seasonal changes apply). Entry is free.
Special guided tours take place within the house every Sunday during the opening season at 2.00 pm. The tours are free with paid admission to the villa.
Pre booked tours are also available from at other times for11 or more people by appointment only.

Limited parking is available in the car park at the westbound A4 entrance.

Access to the House is via a gravel courtyard. There is one step at the entrance with a ramp available. The Ground floor is level.
The first floor is reached via a spiral staircase or portico steps. Weather permitting, a stair climber is available to the first floor. Seats are provided in the Video Room, Dome Saloon and Lower Tribune.
There is one wheelchair available in house.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED VISITORS
An audio tour is included in the admission price. Visitors to the cellars should be accompanied, as there are steep steps and low ceilings. Barrels may be touched.
HEARING IMPAIRED VISITORS
There is an audio tour with hearing loop included in admission price.
There is level access on tarmac or gravel paths except for the Terrace Walk owing to a gradient. Benches are provided.
Whilst work is being carried out on the new cafe opposite the current building, a mobile cafe is available adjacent to the cricket pitch until the new cafe is up and running towards the end of 2009.
Once complete, a stunning new south-facing cafe will seat up to 80 people and serve a wide range of refreshments during the day as well as catering for private functions in the evening.
